Fermentation Rig went through two iterations. V1 uses typical latex balloons as the inflatable, but they deflate over time and also off-gas a strange odor. For its inclusion in the Metamorphosis show at Mercury20 in Oakland, CA, I revised it using inflated PVC beach balls.
